Your journey begins at Provatas beach. Punctuality is crucial, as all schedules are carefully planned to ensure the best experience for everyone. If you're late, the return time will remain unchanged.
Upon arrival, our team will greet you, verify your documents, and escort you to your boat.
Before departure, there will be a brief introduction and a short sea trial, giving you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the boat.
Then, it’s time to enjoy your boat day!
At the end of your rental, return to Provatas beach at the agreed time. We will assist you with unloading, inspect the boat's condition, and calculate fuel consumption, providing you with the fuel cost.

• Boats are rented without a captain or with captain if you prefer .
• A basic understanding of boat operation and awareness of sea conditions is necessary.
• Rentals are available only for individuals 21 years or older.
• Renters must have at least intermediate proficiency in either Greek or English to understand the provided instructions and communicate in case of an emergency.
• All passengers must be able to swim.
• Children are required to wear life vests at all times during the rental period.
• A moderate level of physical fitness is required to climb the boat ladder to access the water.
• Renting a small boat is not suitable for pregnant women.
• Furthermore, renting a vessel is not allowed for anyone who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs . Do not bring beer or alcoholic beverages with you, as you will need to leave them on the beach until the end of your trip. If you wish to consume alcohol during the journey, you may opt to have a skipper accompany you.
• Time spent evaluating the renter’s skills and helping them get acquainted with the vessel is counted as part of the rental duration
• The vessel must keep a safe distance from the shore throughout the cruise. For small vessels that do not require an operator's license, the distance from the coast should not exceed 1 (one) nautical mile from the coastline
• Typically, during the summer months, the prevailing winds are from the north, which provides protection for the southern areas of Milos, including Provatas, Firiplaka, Kleftiko, and Tsigrado.
• If the Aegean Boat Rental team determines that the weather conditions at Provatas beach and/or the southern coastline of Milos are unsuitable for boat rentals, we reserve the right and obligation to cancel or modify the reservation, depending on availability. This decision may be made even on the day of the rental.
• If the owner or the designated qualified individual determines that it is unsafe for the renter to operate the boat, the reservation may be canceled. Reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to, reckless behavior, failure to understand the rules, or inadequate boating experience.
• All boats are equipped with the legally required safety equipment, including life vests, fire extinguishers, and more.
• For safety purposes, each boat is equipped with a GPS tracking system, enabling us to monitor its location at all times.
• Renters are required to bring a fully charged mobile phone with internet access, or at the very least, a phone with cellular service. This phone should be kept with the renter at all times in case it’s necessary to contact them.
• Renting a small boat is not recommended for pregnant women due to safety concerns.
The service provider (boat rentals, boat tours, water activities) may use images or videos taken while providing services, with the permission of individuals shown in the content, strictly for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media, websites, brochures, etc.). Any request from the client to exclude such content from being used will be completely respected by the service provider.
